Angel R. Martinez

Was elected as Chairman of the Board on May 28th, 2008. He joined Deckers in April 2005 as Chief Executive Officer and President, and was elected to Deckers' Board of Directors in September 2005. Previously, he was Chief Executive Officer and Vice Chairman of Keen LLC, an outdoor footwear manufacturer, from January 2005 to March 2005, after serving as President and Chief Executive Officer from April 2003 to December 2004, and as an independent consultant since June 2001. Prior thereto he served as Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer of Reebok International Ltd. (Reebok) and as Chief Executive Officer and President of The Rockport Company, a subsidiary of Reebok. Mr. Martinez has been a member of the Board of Directors of Tupperware Corporation since 1998.

Zohar Ziv

Was appointed to Chief Operating Officer as of January 1, 2008. Zohar joined Deckers March 2006 as Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of Finance & Administration. Previously, from February 2004 to December 2005, Mr. Ziv was Chief Financial Officer with EMAK Worldwide, Inc. (NASDAQ: EMAK), a global marketing services firm. Prior to that, Mr. Ziv was Chief Financial Officer of Stravina Operating Company, LLC, a supplier of personalized novelty items in North America, from June 2002 to February 2004. During his career, Mr. Ziv also served as Chief Financial Officer of Joico Laboratories, Inc., Intellisys Group, Inc., and Inovison Holding, L.P. Previously, Mr. Ziv held senior financial positions including Treasurer and Division Controller at Flowserve Corporation, formerly BW/IP International, and he began his career as a Senior Auditor/Accountant Management Trainee with the Getty Oil Company in Los Angeles. He received his B.S. in Accounting from California State University Northridge and his M.B.A. in International Management from the American Graduate School of International Management (Thunderbird). Mr. Ziv is an inactive Certified Public Accountant.

Constance X. Rishwain

Constance X. Rishwain has been the President of the UGG and Simple Divisions since December 2002 after serving as Vice President, Brand Manager-UGG since April 1999 and Vice President, Brand Manager-Simple since January 2001. Ms. Rishwain held the positions of Vice President of Domestic Sales for Teva, UGG and Simple from June 1999 to December 1999, Vice President of Sales—Western Division for Teva, UGG and Simple from December 1997 to June 1999 and Vice President Merchandising for Teva, UGG and Simple from January 1995 to December 1997. Before joining us in January 1995, Ms. Rishwain held the position of Vice President of Merchandising and Marketing for Impo International Shoe Company from 1988 to 1994 and worked for Nine West Group Inc. from 1984 to 1988 in several capacities.

Colin Clark

Joined Deckers in September 2005 as Senior Vice President, International. Prior to joining Deckers, from October 1991 to June 2004, Mr. Clark spent nearly thirteen years at The Rockport Company, a subsidiary of Reebok International Ltd. (NYSE: RBK), most recently serving as Vice President & General Manager - International. From 1991 to 2001, Mr. Clark held various senior positions at Rockport, including Vice President - Global Marketing, Vice President - International, Director & General Manager - United Kingdom, and Sales Manager - United Kingdom.

Peter K. Worley

Peter K. Worley joined Deckers in March 2006 as President of the Company's Teva brand. From October 2005 to March 2006, Mr. Worley served as Vice President of U.S. Sales with K-Swiss, Inc. From May 1996 to October 2005, Mr. Worley was Vice President of Product Design and Development with K-Swiss. From 1991 to 1996 and from 1986 to 1989, Mr. Worley held various managerial positions with Reebok International Ltd.

John A. Kalinich

Has served as Vice President of Consumer Direct since November 2002, when he joined us in connection with our acquisition of the Teva Rights at that time. Mr. Kalinich served as the director appointed by Mark Thatcher as provided in the agreement between Mark Thatcher and us for our acquisition of the Teva Rights, from November 2002 until June 2004. He is responsible for the operation of the Internet websites for Teva, UGG Australia, Simple Shoes, Tsubo and Deckers Flip Flops. He also served as Director of Corporate Licensing for the Company from November 2002 to August 2004. Prior to joining us, Mr. Kalinich was the Chief Operations Officer for Teva Sport Sandals, Inc. from January 1995 to November 2002. Previously, Mr. Kalinich was employed as an audit senior associate by Coopers & Lybrand LLP from July 1991 to January 1995. Mr. Kalinich is an inactive Certified Public Accountant.

Stephanie E. S. Cucurullo

Was named General Counsel for Deckers on January 1st, 2009. She joined Deckers January 2007 as Vice President Legal and was named Assistant Secretary February 2007. She is responsible for all legal operations for Deckers Worldwide. Stephanie has been engaged in the practice of law since 1994. Prior to joining Deckers, she served Reebok International, Ltd. from 1994-2005 in the roles of Associate Counsel, Counsel and Senior Counsel.

Mark N. Fegley

Joined Deckers January 28, 2008 as Sr. Vice President Supply Chain. Mark spent the last 12 years working with multi-billion dollar supply chain management providers, most recently, 9 years with Agility Logistics Corp. as their VP Business Improvement, where he spent 5 years living and working in Europe, and prior to that, 3 years with TNT Express Worldwide as logistics new business development manager. Mark received a B.S. in Finance from Lehigh University and an MBA from Leonard N. Stern School of Management at New York University. In addition, Mark has continued his education with Executive courses in Logistics and Supply Chain Management.

Graciela Montgomery

Graciela joined Deckers May 1, 2008 as Vice President of Human Resources and is responsible for the company’s human resources worldwide. Graciela was previously the Chief HR Leader for AECOM, a global provider of design and management service with revenues in excess of $5 billion, from 2001 to 2007 where she was responsible for global HR and Talent Strategies. Prior to this role, she was Vice President of HR for Nortel Networks, managing global HR Teams for the Americas, Europe and Middle East. She also served as Vice President of HR for Disney and the ABC Network. She began her career with the Federated after receiving her BA in Communications.

Thomas A. George

joined Deckers September 11, 2009 as Chief Financial Officer. Tom has over thirty years of experience in corporate finance and accounting, having served in a number of senior level positions with both public and private companies. Tom joins Deckers Outdoor Corporation from Ophthonix, Inc., where he served as Chief Financial Officer since February 2005. Prior to Ophthonix, he spent more than 7 years as Chief Financial Officer for publicly held Oakley, Inc., now a division of Luxottica Group S.p.A. (NYSE:LUX). In this role, Tom led all aspects of the company’s financial operations and was instrumental in establishing a global infrastructure to support international expansion. Earlier in his career, Tom held positions at Loral Corporation, International Totalizator Systems, Remec Corporation and Coopers and Lybrand.

Jessica Buttimer

Joined Deckers as VP of Marketing in December 2009. Prior to joining Deckers, Jessica spent 12 years at The Clorox Company, from 1997 to 2009, in various marketing positions. She was a founder of the Green Works business and most recently served as General Manager of the Global Green Works business unit. Prior to her time at Clorox, she worked as a marketer at Procter & Gamble from 1995 to 1997. She began her career as a consultant at National Economic Research Associates (NERA) and Price Waterhouse from 1991 to 1993. She received her MBA degree from Cornell University and Bachelor of Arts degree from Bucknell University.

Yul Vanek

Joined Deckers as VP of Information Technology in December 2009. Since August 2008, Yul had provided strategic and tactical advisory services to multi-billion dollar wholesale and retail consumer products brands, helping deliver on key technology investments while also improving the effectiveness of their IT organizations. Prior to that, he spent a combined 11 years leading the IT teams at Oakley (now part of Luxottica Group), K-Swiss, and Charlotte Russe delivering global manufacturing, wholesale, and retail systems. Yul began his career with 5 years at Andersen Consulting (now Accenture), leaving as a Technology Manager in their High Tech & Electronics practice. He has a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from UCLA.

Jim Van Dine

Joined Deckers as President of both Ahnu and TSUBO brands for the second time when, the brand he founded, Ahnu Footwear, was acquired in January, 2009. Jim served as President of Keen Footwear from December, 2004 through April, 2006 after serving as VP/General Manager from April, 2003 through December, 2004. Jim was VP Sales for Vans from November, 2001 through March, 2003 following his first tenure at Deckers Outdoor from 1995 through 2001. While at Deckers initially he held positions including VP Sales and Senior VP Sales/Marketing. Prior to Deckers, Jim was VP Sales/Marketing at Zildjian, Inc. and held numerous positions at Reebok International including Aerobics/Fitness Category Manager and Western Regional Vice President. Jim holds a BS degree in Education from Boise State University.
