Angel R. Martinez
joined Deckers in April 2005 as Chief Executive Officer and President, and was elected to Deckers’ Board of Directors in September 2005. Previously, he was Chief Executive Officer and Vice Chairman of Keen LLC, an outdoor footwear manufacturer, from January 2005 to March 2005, after serving as President and Chief Executive Officer from April 2003 to December 2004, and as an independent consultant since June 2001. Prior thereto he served as Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer of Reebok International Ltd. (Reebok) and as Chief Executive Officer and President of The Rockport Company, a subsidiary of Reebok. Mr. Martinez has been a member of the Board of Directors of Tupperware Corporation since 1998.
Peter Worley
Peter Worley joined Deckers in March 2006 as Teva Brand President. From October 2005 to March 2006, he served as Vice President of U.S. Sales with K-Swiss, Inc. Prior to that, from May 1996 to October 2005, he was Vice President of Product Design & Development with K-Swiss. From 1991 to 1996 and from 1986 to 1989, Mr. Worley held various managerial positions with Reebok International Ltd., including General Merchandise Manager, Tennis Marketing Director, Classic Marketing Director, Cross Training Marketing Director, Cross Training Product Manager, and Cross Training Promotions Manager. Mr. Worley also served as Sports Product Manager of the sunglass division of Bausch & Lomb from 1989 to 1991. He began his career with Dave McGillivray Sports Enterprises as Promotions Manager in 1985.
Zohar Ziv
Was appointed to Chief Operating Officer as of January 1, 2008. Zohar joined Deckers March 2006 as Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of Finance & Administration. Most recently, Mr. Ziv was Chief Financial Officer with EMAK Worldwide, Inc. Prior to that, Mr. Ziv served as Chief Financial Officer of Stravina Operating Company, LLC. During his career, Mr. Ziv also served as Chief Financial Officer of Joico Laboratories, Inc., Intellisys Group, Inc., and Inovison Holding, L.P. Previously, Mr. Ziv held senior financial positions including Treasurer and Division Controller at Flowserve Corporation, formerly BW/IP International, and he began his career as a Senior Auditor/Accountant Management Trainee with the Getty Oil Company in Los Angeles. He received his B.S. in Accounting from California State University Northridge and his M.B.A. in International Management from the American Graduate School of International Management (Thunderbird). Mr. Ziv is a Certified Public Accountant.
Constance X. Rishwain
Constance X. Rishwain has been the President of the Simple and UGG Australia Divisions since December 2002 after serving as Vice President, Brand Manager — Simple since January 2001 and Vice President, Brand Manager — UGG Australia since April 1999. Previously, Ms. Rishwain held a variety of positions since joining the Company in January 1995, including Vice President of Domestic Sales for Teva, Simple and UGG Australia from June 1999 to December 1999, Vice President of Sales — Western Division for Teva, Simple and UGG Australia from December 1997 to June 1999 and Vice President Merchandising for Teva, Simple and UGG Australia from January 1995 to December 1997. Before joining Deckers, Ms. Rishwain held the position of Vice President of Merchandising and Marketing for Impo International Shoe Company from 1988 to 1994 and prior to that worked for Nine West from 1984 to 1988 in several capacities.
Colin Clark
Joined Deckers in September 2005 as Senior Vice President, International. Prior to joining Deckers, Mr. Clark spent thirteen years at The Rockport Company, a subsidiary of Reebok International Ltd. (NYSE: RBK), most recently serving as Vice President & General Manager - International. From 1991 to 2001, Mr. Clark held various senior positions at Rockport, including Vice President - Global Marketing, Vice President - International, Director & General Manager - United Kingdom, and Sales Manager - United Kingdom.
Patrick C. Devaney
Has been appointed the Company’s Chief of Sustainability Initiatives as of January 1, 2008 and has served as Vice President — Global Sourcing, Production and Development since November 1997. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Devaney was employed by Mizuno USA where he was Director of Global Footwear from February 1990 to June 1997 and was a Global Product/ Marketing Manager for Reebok International from 1985 to December 1989.
John A. Kalinich
Has served as Vice President of Consumer Direct since November 2002, when he joined us in connection with our acquisition of the Teva Rights at that time. Mr. Kalinich served as the director appointed by Mark Thatcher as provided in the agreement between Mark Thatcher and us for our acquisition of the Teva Rights, from November 2002 until June 2004. He is responsible for the protection of our worldwide intellectual property and the operation of the Internet websites for Teva, UGG and Simple. He also served as Director of Corporate Licensing for the Company from November 2002 to August 2004. Prior to joining us, Mr. Kalinich was the Chief Operations Officer for Teva Sport Sandals, Inc. from January 1995 to November 2002. Previously, Mr. Kalinich was employed as an audit senior associate by Coopers & Lybrand LLP from July 1991 to January 1995. Mr. Kalinich is a certified public accountant.
Stephanie E. S. Cucurullo
Joined Deckers January 2007 as Vice President Legal. She was named Assistant Secretary February 2007. Stephanie has been engaged in the practice of law since 1994. Prior to joining Deckers, she served Reebok International, Ltd. from 1994-2005 in the roles of Associate Counsel, Counsel and Senior Counsel.
Mark N. Fegley
Joined Deckers January 28, 2008 as Sr. Vice President Supply Chain. Mark spent the last 12 years working with multi-billion dollar supply chain management providers, most recently, 9 years with Agility Logistics Corp. as their VP Business Improvement, where he spent 5 years living and working in Europe, and prior to that, 3 years with TNT Express Worldwide as logistics new business development manager. Mark received a B.S. in Finance from Lehigh University and an MBA from Leonard N. Stern School of Management at New York University. In addition, Mark has continued his education with Executive courses in Logistics and Supply Chain Management.
