Deckers Outdoor Corporation is proud of our commitment to human and workers rights as well as our commitment to the environment. We are committed to the guidelines set forth by Amnesty International in regards to human and workers rights guidelines, and have developed a fruitful relationship with all of our manufacturers in compliance. Specifically, our manufacturers do not employ child, forced, indentured, or convict labor. We also grade our assigned factories several times a year against our standards and work very closely with them to ensure that safety measures such as minimum wages, protection against mandatory overtime, access to first aid, adequate lighting, healthy clean air, and safe workstations are implemented.
