Global Product Line Manager, Simple

Summary: This position develops a competitive product line on a seasonal basis to drive revenues globally and to achieve business plan targets through creating an inspiring line for Men’s, Women’s and Kid’s which reflects the brand objectives. Works cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, and external and internal design/development resources in all aspects of line development, line planning, color, material selection and styling. Develops product lifecycle strategies, which integrate customer and sales insights, consumer trends, competitive activities, market intelligence and the distribution strategy.

Lead Fit Test Manager

Summary: Leads the fit and product testing process during the product creation process. Successfully works with the development teams to set up testing programs that meet or exceed brand product performance vision, and align with CP timelines. Product testing includes: fit testing, wear testing, dynamic testing, and mechanical testing at independent labs.

Marketing Manager, Simple

Summary: Under the direction of the Global Marketing Director for Teva and Simple, will be responsible for all traditional marketing planning and management and sales integration inclusive of media planning, public relations, database, email campaigns, VSM, website architecture/management and retail integration for the Simple Brand. Direct responsibilities for agency management, media, coop advertising, web architecture, retail planning and strategic packaging. In addition, this role will manage a marketing coordinator and work alongside a creative services department.

Materials Sourcing Manager

Summary: Serves as the primary contact for sourcing a range of materials, including packaging, for consumer goods such as footwear, handbags and apparel. Executes material development and sourcing solutions, leads costing, controls costs, and manages quality and vendor performance; researches new product component trends, packaging and point of purchase ideas; keeps up with innovative packaging designs and ideas. Summary: Researches and analyzes law sources such as statutes, recorded judicial decisions, legal articles, treaties, constitutions, and legal codes. Works in conjunction with other team members from various areas such as: Finance, Customer Service, Credit, Brands etc. regarding problem analysis and potential solutions.

Payroll Manager

Summary: Manages the payroll (PR) department. Oversees global payroll processes (dotted line reporting of subsidiary payroll staff). Plans and assigns work, reduces overtime, streamlines and improves processes. Implements internal controls and maintain SOX compliance as the PR Process Narrative owner. Reviews and approves staff work, timely review of payrolls. Implements company expansion plans as they relate to PR (e.g., acquisitions, eCommerce, international expansion, retail expansion, and general growth). Summary: Responsible for the processing and project management of footwear development from 2D designs to final prototypes and sales samples. Will need to successfully turn the product brief, needs of the brand, and the end consumer, into a sample that can be profitably commercialized.

Summary: Responsible for supporting the development group in areas of wear/fit testing, sample ordering and tracking, data entry inside a PLM environment, and cross functional communication between various groups such as development, brand, CS, marketing, etc.

Summary: Coordinates the implementation of in-house developed and package application systems to support company goals and IT strategies within the Finance Organization (specifically AP and AR processes). Summary: Administers the day to day activity for the cash management and insurance programs. This includes accessing balance reports, reconciling the bank accounts on a daily basis to determine the cash needs of the company, consolidating data to prepare daily, weekly and quarterly cash flow forecasts. Production Artist

Summary: The Web Production Artist will be responsible for producing quality graphics and images to support our Web Designers/Developers. They will be in charge of maintaining all product imagery for each of the brand websites and producing and organizing all email blasts and email correspondence with the consumer.
