Our employees are people who strive to make a difference in the world. It’s what sets them apart. Through our Deckers Goods program we offer real support to help them give back to the workplace, their community, and the world.
To honor our employees who strive to help the environment, we donate $1,000 to the charity of their choice when they purchase a hybrid vehicle.
The Employee of the Quarter award recognizes employees who go above and beyond the status quo. The recipients of the award have helped contribute to the overall success of the company through their exceptional commitments, actions and efforts.
We consider the award a reinforcement of our belief that every employee can influence our company’s growth while serving the communities in which we operate. And for employees who receive the award, Deckers donates $500 to the charitable organization of their choice.
Deckers encourages and supports employees’ generosity by matching their charitable donations dollar-for-dollar, up to $1,000 every year.
We encourage all of our employees to give some of their time. Every time one of our employees logs 100 hours of volunteer time, Deckers gives a $1,000 grant to the employee’s favorite charity.
