Goleta, CA…26 August 2011…Deckers Outdoor Corporation (NASDAQGS: DECK) and EMU (Aus) Pty Ltd jointly announced today that they have reached a settlement in Deckers Outdoor Corporation v. EMU Australia, Inc.; EMU (Aus) Pty Ltd and the related counterclaim EMU Australia, Inc.; EMU (Aus) Pty Ltd v. Deckers Outdoor Corporation (Case No. SAC10-1862-JST (RNBx)). While the terms of the settlement are confidential, it will result in a complete dismissal of each party’s claims against the other. The lawsuit and counterclaim had been filed in the United States District Court for the Central District of California.
